This week in ISM we are continuing our annotated bibliography, stock-piling useful articles to use for assessments and future projects. As I've researched social media marketing I've realized that the most important thing is to know who you are making your content for. This alone can help determine everything about your social media strategy from when you post, what you actually post, and everything in between.

Through my research, I have also uncovered new questions. I want to do more research on company and personal branding and how it affects engagement from different demographics.

This week I am lucky enough to be able to meet with the marketing director of the Frisco RoughRiders, Krystin King. She has been with the team for over 5 years and worked her way up from an intern position. I am very excited to sit down with her and learn about her career but also what it is like working with a professional sports team. Mrs. King has had experience managing and growing the RoughRider's social media presence with the help of analytics which I am eager to gain insight into. She has also worked on and spearheaded marketing campaigns for the RoughRiders which is the most compelling part to me. I would like to learn about all the work that goes into one of her campaigns and how they are structured.
