For my original work, I conducted an analysis of Legacy West to see what factors are the largest contributors to its success.
Final Product 22-23
My final product is a leasing pitch for a mock office building here in Frisco Texas. These types of pitches go over the main appeals of an office building and are a main tool when helping companies make important real estate decisions.
